Refund Policy
At Out the Way, we strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within [30 days] of purchase to qualify for a refund.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Sale items or final sale items are non-refundable.

• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• Once we confirm your eligibility for a return, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items
